Winter Carnations 2013 is all about food, fun and music! Based on the Indian Village theme, it is designed to enhance the student- faculty bonds beyond classrooms.

Folk music and dance, magic and puppet shows of folk orientation, potter and his wheel, games, food from all parts of India and beautifully dressed folks pouring into this village bazaar defines Winter Carnations 2013. In this Mela, you could feed a buffalo, try your hands at pottery, vent out your feelings or bet on your luck at games of chance while you enjoy Gujarati cuisine, dosas, steaming idlis and momos or kaathi rolls! A trip to this pretty village would be incomplete without a picture at the photography stall with all village props you could probably imagine! In this village, you could challenge anyone to an arm wrestle or have paan over a leisurely chat lazing on a khaat.

In essence, this was an effort to give the IITGN fraternity a relaxing evening with a cultural twist!
